Currently, I am a Ph.D. Energy Science and Engineering Fellow at the Bredesen Center for Interdisciplinary Research and Graduate Education with a Policy emphasis at the University of Tennessee Knoxville. Previously, I studied Molecular Environmental Biology at UC Berkeley. As part of the team, I work on understanding the influence of roots and microbes on nutrient cycling, particularly of phosphorus, in tropical forests. My project is one of many in the Climate Change Science Institute at Oak Ridge National Laboratory that brings data and models together to improve how climate change is predicted.
