Work Together

in a changing world

“A thing is right when it tends to preserve the integrity, stability, and beauty of the biotic community. It is wrong when it tends otherwise.”

– Aldo Leopold

Our Mission

Our research is motivated by a desire to further our understanding of the underlying genetics driving plant traits and metabolic processes critical to organismal performance and C cycle dynamics.
Our lab takes an integrated approach using high-throughput genomic technologies, biochemistry, and genetics, all placed within a physiological framework to address critical research questions.
